Order Processing

We process all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Please note that delivery times are in addition to the 3-5 business day processing time.

Partial Paid Cash On Delivery Policy(PPCOD)

We offer Partial Paid Cash on Delivery (COD) option with a standard charge of ₹100.
Customers only pay ₹100 in advance, and the remaining amount is collected at delivery.
This helps reduce fake/return-to-origin orders and ensures quicker processing for genuine customers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders) may impact delivery times. If you experience significant delays, please contact us at contact@rosepetals.store

Address & Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly or contact us for assistance.
